TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We're thrilled to have you join us at The School of Innergy™. This is a copy of the details for your training, including the legally binding agreements between you & us (The Healing Place LLC / The School of Innergy™). In addition, you'll find our expectations of your participation in this program, and also what you can expect of us.
Please read through this page thoroughly, print it out & keep a copy of it in your binder, to avoid any misunderstandings or future surprises. If our terms change after you are registered, they will apply as they are written in the update, UNLESS you have a printed copy of your terms at the time you registered. While terms have only changed twice in 7 years, we DO NOT keep track of changing terms according to individual students. There are NO exceptions.
While we are a small (organically grown) community, we are now 7 countries strong & are excited to have you grow join us. Our program is online now, and local classes have been discontinued as of now. If they become available again, students will be informed & invited to come!
Some of our students choose to join the private student Facebook group, & some choose not to. Whether you do is up to you.
OUR TIME TOGETHER
Your tuition & membership include the following:
- FREE Family Member Study Buddy(s) = Spouse & kids living with you, in your home - (See more info below).
- Optional membership in the FREE private Facebook student community, where you can ask unlimited questions & get support, whenever you need it - (See note below).
NOTE: Our Facebook group may become unavailable, due to heavy social media censorship. The group is currently not very active, because our focus is in other areas of our company for the time being ~ BUT it is available for past content & asking questions, IF Facebook has not shut us down... There are quite a few helpful posts to thumb through, and the students in there are WONDERFUL. Our online course platform (Membervault) has a new community feature (similar to FB groups) in BETA, and we are working to incorporate it in the coming months, so we don't have to worry about FB censorship.

PERIODICALLY, we have held online group Q&A calls. This is a bonus that may or may not be offered in the future, because at this time, the program is not advertised, and enrollment is organic & sporadic. My focuses are elsewhere, so this will be at my sole discretion. However, IF there is a topic you'd like to have a group discussion around, please reach out by email or in the FB group & let me know!
WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU & HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE. At times you may learn some hard truths, especially if limiting behaviors, patterns, & beliefs are showing up. Know that these limitations are natural for everyone, but we want to help you stretch beyond the capacity of where you are now (as amazing as you already are!), so you can reach your fullest potential. If we are in conversation & recognize these limiting things happening, please know that our acknowledging them comes from a place of caring. We always strive to be respectful of & kind to each other!
IF WE (The Healing Place, LLC / The School of Innergy™) DETERMINE that you are not abiding by the values & standards set by our company as you work with clients, and you are not willing to do so, all of your access to this program including course modules, videos, audios, materials, Facebook groups, & support (group or private) will be removed, & membership/certification will be forfeited without refund or compensation.
The Healing Place, LLC / The School of Innergy™ abides by a strict *NO REFUND* policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that you are forfeiting the right to claim any refund of fees paid, for access and use of the program(s) & trainings offered by The Healing Place LLC / The School of Innergy™. You further acknowledge that in accepting the terms of this Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of, and membership in this program, you are taking full responsibility for YOUR OWN success, results, or transformation.
Thus, you agree, that you will not request or receive a refund at any time.
In the case that you are certifying (if it is available), and there are extenuating circumstances such as death, illness, or financial hardship, our refund policy still applies, however, we are more than willing to work with you and extend your time to complete certification requirements.

USER RIGHTS AGREEMENT:
You acknowledge that any Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of the program, including current and future updated program content, are the sole Intellectual Property of The Healing Place, LLC / The School of Innergy™ under United States copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You further acknowledge and agree that The Healing Place LLC / The School of Innergy™ owns and shall continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the Audio and/ or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other Elements, including associated Intellectual Property rights under copyright, trade secret, patent, or trademark laws. Except for the limited, revocable license expressly granted to you herein, this Agreement does not grant you any ownership or other right or interest in or to the Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of our system, or any other intellectual property rights of The Healing Place LLC / The School of Innergy™, and you shall not assert any right, license, or interest in such marks or any words or designs that are confusingly similar to such marks.
You agree not to copy, share, or sell any of The Healing Place, LLC / The School of Innergy™ training course(s) / coaching programs, or their components or materials. You may share course content with your immediate family members LIVING IN your home. This includes your spouse & children living in your home ONLY. This does not include in-laws, extended family members, friends, renters, or any others living in your home. It is your responsibility to see that immediate family members abide by these same rights, & usage terms and conditions as well. If they breach terms, it is your responsibility to revoke their access to the program. Otherwise in the event that we are made aware of breached terms, your member access will be revoked by us, without refund or compensation.
Family Participation / Study Buddy Discount: If an immediate family member living with you, in your home (spouse or child only, as described above) would like to learn along side you, they may do so for FREE. In the event that they move out of your home, they are obligated to pay full price, if they would like to continue or purchase a program.
OTHER AGREEMENTS & COMMUNICATION INFORMATION:
- You agree to email communication from us. We do not & will not sell your information to 3rd parties, and we do not spam.
- You, as a participant, agree to keep the personal information of other participants and staff (including us) private/confidential, and you agree that you will not share said information without direct written/typed (& verifiable) consent of the other person.
- You agree to allow The Healing Place, LLC / The School of Innergy™ to use appropriate photos, videos, & testimonials of & from you - off or online, including social media at any time, for promotional & business purposes.
- Experience has taught us, that a handful of people want to shut down when challenges come. You are not alone. If you are experiencing difficulties, you are welcome to reach out to us or other participants for support.
