This is a copy of the details for your course or program, including the legally binding agreements between you & us (The Healing Place, LLC). In addition, you'll find our expectations of your participation in this program, and also what you can expect of us. We are now 7 countries strong & are excited to have you grow right along with us!

The Healing Place, LLC abides by a strict *NO REFUND* policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid, for access and use of the program(s) & trainings offered by The Healing Place, LLC. You further acknowledge that in accepting the terms of this Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of, and membership in this program, you are taking full responsibility for YOUR OWN success, results, or transformation.
Thus, you agree that you will not request or receive a refund at any time.

USER RIGHTS AGREEMENT:
You acknowledge that any Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of the program, including current and future updated program content, are the sole Intellectual Property of The Healing Place, LLC under United States copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You further acknowledge and agree that The Healing Place, LLC owns and shall continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the Audio and/ or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other Elements, including associated Intellectual Property rights under copyright, trade secret, patent, or trademark laws. Except for the limited, revocable license expressly granted to you herein, this Agreement does not grant you any ownership or other right or interest in or to the Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of our system, or any other intellectual property rights of The Healing Place, LLC, and you shall not assert any right, license, or interest in such marks or any words or designs that are confusingly similar to such marks.
You agree not to copy, share, or sell any of The Healing Place, LLC training course(s) / coaching programs, or their components or materials. You may share course content with your immediate family members LIVING IN your home. This includes your spouse & children living in your home ONLY. This does not include in-laws, extended family members, friends, renters, or any others living in your home. It is your responsibility to see that immediate family members abide by these same rights, & usage terms and conditions as well. If they breach terms, it is your responsibility to revoke their access to the program. Otherwise in the event that we are made aware of breached terms, your member access will be revoked by us, without refund or compensation.
Family Participation / Study Buddy Discount: If an immediate family member living with you, in your home (spouse or child) would like to learn along side you, they may do so for FREE. In the event that they move out of your home, they are obligated to pay full price, if they would like to continue or purchase a program.
If they are living with you, and you have signed up for our private coaching program, & they decide that they would also like to participate in coaching alongside you, they may do so at 50% off the coaching price (if available).
IF said family member has moved out of your home, & they are no longer living with you at the time you purchase a course / coaching program, they are under obligation to pay the full price in effect at that time, & they will not receive the 50% family discount.
The 50% off family discount is ONLY for your spouse & children living with you, in your home, at the time you register for the course / coaching program. The free buddy & 50% off discounts DO NOT include extended family members, in-laws, friends/neighbors, co-workers, renters, or family members not living with you, in your home.
OTHER AGREEMENTS & COMMUNICATION INFORMATION:
- You agree to email communication from us. We do not & will not sell or share your information with any 3rd parties. We also do not spam.
- You, as a participant, agree to keep the personal information of other participants and staff (including us) private/confidential, and you agree that you will not share said information without direct written/typed (& verifiable) consent of the other person.
- You agree to allow The Healing Place, LLC to use appropriate photos, videos, & testimonials of & from you - off or online, including social media at any time, for promotional & business purposes.
