TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Please check the box on The Healing Place sign-up page, to verify that you agree to these terms & conditions, in accordance with the FREE membership. (NOTE: Each paid course/program has its own individual, subsequent terms & conditions, available in the drop down menu above).

USER RIGHTS AGREEMENT:
You acknowledge that any Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of the program, including current and future updated program content, are the sole Intellectual Property of The Healing Place, LLC and all associated programs & products, under United States copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You further acknowledge and agree that The Healing Place, LLC owns and shall continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the Audio and/ or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other Elements, including associated Intellectual Property rights under copyright, trade secret, patent, or trademark laws.
Except for the limited, revocable license expressly granted to you herein, this Agreement does not grant you any ownership or other right or interest in or to the Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of our system, or any other intellectual property rights of The Healing Place LLC & all associated programs & products, and you shall not assert any right, license, or interest in such marks or any words or designs that are confusingly similar to such marks.
You agree not to copy, share, or sell any of The Healing Place, LLC courses, trainings, programs, coaching, products, or their components or materials.
You may share course content with your immediate family members LIVING IN your home. This includes your spouse & children living in your home ONLY. This does not include in-laws, extended family members, friends, renters, or any others living in your home.
It is your responsibility to see that immediate family members abide by these same rights, & usage terms and conditions as well. If they breach terms, it is your responsibility to revoke their access to the program. Otherwise, in the event that we are made aware of breached terms, your member access may be revoked by us, without refund or compensation.
Family Participation / Study Buddy Discount: If an immediate family member living with you, in your home (spouse or child) would like to learn along side you, they may do so for FREE. In the event that they move out of your home, they are obligated to pay full price of paid programs, if they would like to purchase and/or continue to access them.
OTHER AGREEMENTS & COMMUNICATION INFORMATION:
- You agree to receive email communications from The Healing Place, LLC - (We do not & will not sell or share your information with any 3rd parties. We also do not spam).
- You, as a participant, agree to keep the personal information of other participants and staff (including us) private/confidential, and you agree that you will not share said information without direct written/typed (& verifiable) consent of the other person.
- You agree to allow The Healing Place, LLC to use appropriate photos, videos, & testimonials of & from you - off or online, including social media at any time, for promotional & business purposes.

REFUNDS for paid programs & services:
The Healing Place, LLC abides by a strict NO REFUND policy for paid courses, trainings, programs, & coaching. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid, for access and use of paid offerings by The Healing Place, LLC.
You further acknowledge that in accepting the terms of this Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of, and membership in this program, you are taking full responsibility for YOUR OWN results. Thus, you agree that you will not request or receive a refund at any time.
You understand that if you are on an individualized payment plan & are not able to complete the program for any reason, full payment of balance is still due, and there will be no refund or compensation.
Some extenuating circumstances such as a death of family member, illness, divorce, or job loss - will qualify for placing your membership on hold, until circumstances allow you to return to the program. This is on an individual basis, & at our discretion, based on your specific situation.
